You will send me the idea and references of what you want, and I will decide if it's possible for me to do it. Once i accept the request, I will then give you the price.

Full payment upfront. I will begin the sketch once i receive the payment, I only do refunds on the sketch phase, after that there is no refunds!

Once the payment is done, I will get started!

For the commission I require: Reference image/s of the character/s, if you dont have references you must then give a very clear description of the character. If you want a specific pose or expression, let me know!

You can always check the progress of all my active commissions through My Trello Tab!

I will send you a sketch, lineart and flat colors update before the final illustration, in case you want me to make any changes or additions!

If you don't provide references/ideas for the pose you'd like for your commission, I'll use my artistic freedom! Small changes to what i come up with in this case are okay, but if you request a whole new pose and i have to start from scratch, it may cost extra. Please be clear about what you want from the beginning! (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)

⊹ ࣪ ˖꒰ঌ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY ໒꒱.⋆˚࿔

Commisions can take from a week or two, to a month,depending on the complexity of the commission and how many requests are on line! In any case, If there's any delay, I'll let you know and we'll be on touch!

If you have a specific deadline, there will be a fee, depending on how big the time fram is. I am free to decline the commission if I don't see a said deadline to be possible.

⊹ ࣪ ˖꒰ঌ REVISIONS ໒꒱.⋆˚࿔

Up to 3 revisions during sketch/lineart, unlimited color revisions on the flat colours. Once you reach those 3 changes, extra revisions will add an extra cost.

Only exception is if i forget any details, in that case that's my fault, so of course you don't have to pay extra for that!

Once the commission is finished I'll deliver 3 versions, one with a very simple background (you can pick any color you want!) and a transparent PNG, as well as a watermarked version that i'll use to post on my socials. At this final stage i can only make modifications if they are very simple and small details.

I will most likely post the finished commission on my socials and tag you, however if for any reason you’d prefer I don’t do this, please let me know!

I will start working once I receive the payment! (You must show me your character/references first beforehand)

There can be additional charges based on the complexity of the commission!

Personal use is OK!

For commercial use a fee will be applied. This means you can then use this commission for things like streaming or monetized channels. If a commercial fee is paid, you will then be allowed to:

Allowed: Using the artwork on monetized social media or streaming accounts (e.g., Twitch overlays, YouTube banners, stream alerts, profile pictures).

NOT Allowed: Using it for merchandising, reselling, or using it to manufacture physical/digital products for sale.

⊹ ࣪ ˖꒰ঌ REFUNDS ໒꒱.⋆˚࿔

♡ Full payment upfront. Refunds only during sketch phase, or only in case something happened to me during the process of your commission and I could not continue it. In that case I would return your money. The client can't request a refund after the sketch has been approved, and much less after the commission has been finished.

⊹ ࣪ ˖꒰ঌ USE & PERMISSIONS ໒꒱.⋆˚࿔

As the artist, i can:

Post, display and/or promote myself with the artwork on any other places or websites. If you would prefer that i keep your commission completely private, a privacy fee may apply.

As the commissioner, you are allowed to:

Use the artwork in any way you want, as long its for personal use only. For commercial use, a commercial fee must be paid. Artwork cannot be claimed as your own meaning no tracing, altering or selling it.

Repost the artwork on other websites as long as you give me proper credit in the form of an @ or link to my instagram/vgen account.

You as the client are NOT allowed to:

Remove my watermark.

Reproduce/use the artwork commercially (meaning making money from it in any way) without paying the appropiate commercial fee.

Reselling my art as digital or physical products.

You are never allowed to feed my work to ANY type of generative AI.

⊹ ࣪ ˖꒰ঌ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ໒꒱.⋆˚࿔

♡ Commissioner can re-upload the image with proper credits given.

♡ REMOVING MY WATERMARK/SIGNATURE IS NOT ALLOWED.

♡ The artwork cannot be re-sold or claimed as your own meaning no tracing, altering, or selling it.

I DO NOT CONDONE MY WORK BEING USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF FEEDING ANY TYPE OF AI.

♡ By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service and are expected and obligated to follow them. You are also automatically promising that you won't request any chargebacks. ♡

Full payment will be done upfront upon reviewing and accepting your commission.

I can receive payment through: Paypal invoice, VGEN , Ko-fi or Mercado Pago.

I will NOT accept any form of crypto currency!
